Working out - Attempt 2
I'm going to attempt to start using this blog again as a weight/food tracker. I go through spurts of doing something and completely stopping - but I figure it's better to at least try when I can! Re-starting weight is 185.

... read moreI kept a food diary in the past when I was trying to lose weight. It really did help and I shed around 50 lbs with better nutrition and some exercise. The amount of work it takes to write down what you eat is actually pretty simple given the right tools.
